1. Acceptance of these Terms

By instructing TD Exchange (“we”, “us”) to sell an item on your behalf, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Our Service

We sell watches, jewellery, and other valuables on eBay on a commission-only basis. We photograph, list, manage buyer communication, and handle postage for each item.

3. Item Submission & Acceptance

You confirm that any item you send us is legally yours to sell, free of any claim, loan, or dispute. We reserve the right to decline any item at our discretion.

4. Valuation & Pricing

Listing prices are set using our research into recently completed sales of comparable items. While we aim to achieve the best possible price, we do not guarantee a specific sale value.

5. Commission & Fees

Our fee is a percentage of the final sale price, deducted before your payout. There is no upfront cost, listing fee, or charge if an item does not sell.

6. Payment

Once a sale completes and any buyer return window has passed, we transfer your share of the proceeds by bank transfer, typically within 5 business days.

7. Unsold Items

If an item has not sold after a reasonable listing period, we'll get in touch to discuss next steps — including relisting at an adjusted price or returning the item to you.

8. Shipping, Collection & Care

You are responsible for getting items to us safely, either by insured post or arranged collection. Once received, items are stored securely and handled with care.

9. Liability

We take reasonable precautions to protect items in our care, but we are not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Cancellation

You may withdraw an item at any time before it is listed for sale at no cost. Once an item is live and has received bids or offers, withdrawal may not be possible.

11. Privacy

We only use your personal information to manage your sale and process payment. We do not sell or share your details with third parties beyond what is required to complete a sale.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
